Five national standards including GB/T 18216.1-2021 to GB/T 18216.5-2021 are released.
In China, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) recently issued Announcement No. 7 of 2021, a national standard under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Electrical Instruments (SAC/TC104).

- GB/T 18216.2-2021 “Testing, measuring or monitoring equipment for electrical safety protection measures for low-voltage distribution systems of AC 1000V and DC 1500V and below Part 2: Insulation resistance”
- GB/T 18216.3-2021 “Testing, measuring or monitoring equipment for electrical safety protection measures for low-voltage distribution systems of AC 1000V and DC 1500V and below Part 3: Loop impedance”
- GB/T 18216.4-2021 “Testing, measuring or monitoring equipment for electrical safety protection measures for low-voltage power distribution systems of AC 1000V and DC 1500V and below Part 4: Grounding resistance and equipotential grounding resistance”
- GB/T 18216.5-2021 “Testing, measuring or monitoring equipment for electrical safety protection measures for low-voltage power distribution systems of AC 1000V and DC 1500V and below Part 5: Resistance to ground”
It was released on May 21, 2021, and will be implemented on December 1, 2021.
